Who said there are no Rose Gardens under water?! 
This is Luchia, a mermaid princess from Mermaid Melody (a new anime, very pretty).
My first attempt to use a Tablet that I got for my Bday. This image too waaay longer then it should have. Why? Cause I decided to trace my sketch instead of scanning it. My hand was shaking, I couldnt see what I was doing.. so I end up spending hours just "redrawing" it on a computer >_<
Also, I really dont know how to use photoshop 0_o' ...so I made lots of obvious mistakes, sorry -_-
Used: Intuous2 tablet, Photoshop 7.
